We were on Salt Spring Island when we came upon these Turkey Vultures sitting on top of the fence posts in a field. We couldn't believe our eyes! We drove by several times and they just sat there. Finally, we pulled over and viewed them from the roadside. They hardly moved. Once in awhile they turned their heads or looked over at us. And then one by one they flew away. It was an awesome experience to see these wild turkey vultures on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.
Photography is a true expression of my spirit and my surroundings. To capture the moments in nature, plants, animals, sky, and water is what I really love to do on a daily basis. I travel always with my Nikon cameras. I have been capturing images since I was eleven and I love how photography has evolved! The addition of computers and digital software opens the doors of creativity, which makes me smile!
